polarity: light and shadow, joy and sorrow, clarity and confusion.
Through this contrast, the essence gathers the wisdom it descended to
harvest. When the lesson matures, the veil thins. The shadows collapse.
The Human remembers the Being, and the inner Flame rises again. What
felt like wandering becomes direction; what felt like survival becomes
purpose.
To Awaken is to see that nothing was wasted: the pain shaped you, the
confusion cleared you, and the separation prepared you. The Human
surrenders to the Being, not as a flicker pushed by circumstance, but as a
Flame — steady, luminous, anchored in something the world cannot
shake.
And this Awakening brings another truth:
the world will offer pain, but you do not have to suffer. You will learn the
practices that steady the Human and illuminate the Being — so the
burdens of the world do not drown you, but instead refine and expand
you, optimizing the life your essence was meant to express.

With over three decades of experience in IT, cloud computing, and
business leadership, I have built a reputation for delivering
enterprise-level cloud solutions and designing training programs
that prepare professionals for high-demand roles in the IT industry. Early in
my career, I founded and scaled my first training company from the
ground up, growing it to 35 staff members and establishing it as a leading
IT training provider in the region. This experience solidified my
managerial, leadership, and executive skills.
As CEO of theITern, I lead a diverse team of IT professionals across
multiple regions, offering programs that bridge the gap between
academia and industry. I specialize in Cloud Solution Architecture,
Infrastructure Provisioning Automation, Continuous
Integration & Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), and Cloud
Security. With a passion for mentoring, I focus on preparing the next
generation of Cloud professionals. I bring a unique combination of
technical expertise, business acumen, and team leadership to every
project, ensuring operational success and sustainable growth.
After years of high-level engineering and executive roles,
I embarked on a personal “Hero’s Journey”, transitioning
from a purely technical track to embrace a broader calling
in Transformational Leadership. Now based in the UK,
